Wigmore High School Reunion (Class of 1989): What's Happening - Saturday 18th November 2006
In the day (2.00pm - Wigmore)
We will all meet at Wigmore High School. Children welcome.
Mr Earl (who is now deputy head) and the new head teacher Andrew Shaw are going to give us the grand tour in the afternoon. They will show us what is new, and hopefully some bits that we can still remember. Then we will all go to The Compasses for a drink and a chat. Some of the people coming will only be able to make it for the school visit, so you need to be at the school to ensure that you meet as many people as possible.
In the evening (7.30pm - Mortimer's Cross)
We will meet up later on (around 7.30pm) at The Mortimers Cross Inn (at, amazingly, Mortimers Cross!). There we will be able to have some hot food, followed by a disco playing all of the great stuff we used to listen to (Bros, The Cure, Simple Minds and the like). If you have any special requests, then let us know and we will try and get it (if you don't still have the record). Dave's brother (Charlie Wilson) will be the DJ - he's flying down from Scotland to do the gig!
Dress code: smart casual.
Disco ends about 11.30pm . Late bar ( Martin at the Mortimers Cross has confirmed that he will keep the bar open while we are still buying!).
Accommodation

The landlord, Martin, has about 9 rooms, some of which are suitable for families. He is going to offer us a discount as well, probably about 15% off the prices listed on the website.
